More Death On Metro

Article
A high rail truck struck Garrard, a Metro employee since April 1990, and Oh, a Metro employee since December 1998, as they installed new train control equipment in the track bed along an outbound section of track on the Red Line in the direction of Shady Grove.
This time, however, the vehicle doing the murdering was controlled by humans, as it was a high rail truck and not a train.

My theory: Metro somehow used the third rail to possess the driver of the truck into a killing frenzy.

Metro Once Again Tries To Kill Humans

Article: http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2010/01/06/AR2010010605157.html?hpid=topnews

The inspectors "experienced a near-miss situation" and "were forced to quickly scramble out of the way to avoid being struck," according to a report released late Wednesday by the Tri-State Oversight Committee, which monitors safety at Metro. No one was injured.

The Dec. 10 incident came just days after Metro lifted a six-month ban on monitors accessing live subway tracks.
My theory: the people who oversee Metro are clearly just trying to feed Metro just enough human souls to keep it happy. I've repeatedly shown you that Metro is attempting to destroy humanity. I think now we're just at the stage where we have to make occaisional human sacrifices for the greater good.

Metro's Ongoing Attack On Humanity

Article: Metro worker killed during repair work (WTOP)

The worker -- a 25-year veteran of the transit agency -- was struck by a ballast regulator, which is a track unit that deposits and spreads ballast onto the track bed, Metro says.

No, THIS is a Ballast Regulator!

Article: Red Line trains delayed after man struck, killed (WTOP)

From the article:
A man who was struck and killed at the Forest Glen station was on the tracks intentionally, Metro says.

I don't think we should be listening to anything a sentient train says. Remember how it worked out in Stephen King's Dark Tower series?

Metro is trying to kill us.

Article: http://www.wtop.com/?nid=25&sid=1705001

It's official. The DC Metro system has become self-aware and is trying to kill us all.

From the article:
He says all signs are showing that the operator did everything she could to prevent the crash. Investigators have found the emergency braking system had been in use 300 to 400 feet before the crash.

...

NTSB Spokesman Debbie Hersman says five of six circuits, or stretches of track, showed no problems during tests Wednesday. But she says there were "anomalies" with the sixth circuit. Hersman would not elaborate on what those might be, saying more tests are needed.

The electronic sensors in question may have sent signals to the striking train to go at speed -- 59 mph.

The Washington Post reports an internal Metro report shows the system was not working properly. The computer system, the paper reports, was telling the striking train that there was no train ahead of it. The computers might have sent the train to crash into the one ahead of it.

I'm on to you, Metro.
